Sweet Red Pepper Scrambled Eggs

Very Easy Recipe: 1 small Red Sweet Pepper 2 medium Eggs 1 tablespoon of Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil a dash of sea salt Directions for slightly crunchy peppers: In a nonstick pan add the Garlic EVOO, the eggs, peppers and salt. Cook the eggs until they are thoroughly done.  Place on plate and enjoy. Directions for soft peppers: In a nonstick pan add the Garlic EVOO and red sweet peppers. Cook the peppers until soft. Ingredients: 14 ounce bag of pre-shredded cabbage or 14 ounces of shredded cabbage you shred  1 medium carrot peeled and shredded 1/3 cup of Mayonnaise  1 1/2 tablespoons of Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic  season with sea salt & pepper to your taste  Directions: Rinse cabbage well in strainer. Allow excess water to drain off of cabbage. Pour Cabbage into serving bowl. Add carrots, mayo, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, sea salt and pepper.
