Very Easy Recipe:
1 small Red Sweet Pepper
2 medium Eggs
1 tablespoon of Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
a dash of sea salt
Directions for slightly crunchy peppers:
In a nonstick pan add the Garlic EVOO, the eggs, peppers and salt. Cook the eggs until they are thoroughly done.
Place on plate and enjoy.
Directions for soft peppers:
In a nonstick pan add the Garlic EVOO and red sweet peppers. Cook the peppers until soft. Once the peppers are soft add eggs and cook until eggs are thoroughly done.
Place on a plate & Enjoy.
