2 tablespoons of spinach (frozen)
1 cup of soy milk
one dash of cinnamon
2 drops of grapefruit (Doterra) essential oil
If strawberries are frozen do not add ice. If strawberries are fresh 3 or 4 ice cubes need to be added to blender.
If you want to add even more polyphenols to your smoothie 2 tablespoons of Celeste Oliva Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive oil. Each tablespoon of olive oil is 120 calories
You need to keep in mind the smoothie by itself is 300 calories. Adding the 2 tablespoons of Ultra Premium Extra Virgin would make it 540 calories. The smoothie is very good both ways.
