Food Tasting Event at our location 8 N Main. The event will be from 3 pm - 6 pm. Come try some great food made with our Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars! We will be doing some education on our oils. Why are polyphenols so important in an olive oil? Why is it important to know the chemistry of an oil?
