Nocellara Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (ROBUST)
The Sicilian Nocellara is complex with unique savory and sweet fruit notes. It has a pleasant creamy mouth feel. There is a lingering pepperiness that builds in the back of the throat followed by a delayed astringency signifying the healthy Oleocanthal content present in fresh oil. Although this production contains little to no bitterness making it a superbly balanced oil!! True to its variety characteristics from last year, but is kicked up in pungency, it displays savory and sweet fruit notes green apple/apple peel, sweet berry, stone fruit and slightly confectionary flavors. It has delayed peppery sensations and a lingering spicy mouth feel!
